December

Mark surprised us with an overnight trip to the Great Wolf Lodge. It was a wonderful time together as a family! The lodge was decorated with Christmas trees, snowflakes... it was so beautiful. This is a very family friendly place and they offer military and homeschool discounts.

When we made our one night reservation they offered us the KidKamp™ Suite, complete with bunk beds and kids decor', of course it was $100 extra dollars, so we said no we'll just take the two double beds.  Well, when we arrived we received a complimentary upgrade to the Suite...God is so good! The girls enjoyed playing in their room almost as much as they enjoyed the waterpark.

Olivia was mesmerized by this gigantic Christmas tree!

When we left the lodge we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Cracker Barrel.
Olivia and her dad played a game of checkers.

Our last stop was the Billy Graham Library.
During December they are featuring a live manger scene.
Praise the Lord for the faithfulness and legacy of Billy Graham.

One of the most beautiful things about being a stay-at-home-mom and
homeschooling is seeing my daughters grow in their love for each other.
