We celebrated 12 years of marriage!

These are my nieces. Deborah has graduated and is on our Chick-fil-A team.
Laura is graduating from State this year, Kristy is in high school and Tiffany is married with children.

The girls love going to church and playing with their friends.
Here they are with Clara and Andrew.

Our family participated in our church Easter drama "The Passion of Christ."
Mark played a Pharisee and I was the adulterous woman.
It was a fun time together and a great way to share the good news of Jesus Christ!

We celebrated "Gotcha Day" with the girls ~
6 years for Olivia and our first year with Lydia.
They had chocolate chip pancakes with sprinkles for breakfast.

Michele and Angela hijacked my camera and for that...
I'm posting your beautiful faces on my blog!

It was another great year of school at Classical Conversations!
Olivia was excited about the egg proctector she built and
the presentation she did on her favorite doll Abel.

Lydia enjoyed playing with her friend Abby each week.

Hershey is one year old this month.  Yes we have survived the first year!

December

Mark surprised us with an overnight trip to the Great Wolf Lodge. It was a wonderful time together as a family! The lodge was decorated with Christmas trees, snowflakes... it was so beautiful. This is a very family friendly place and they offer military and homeschool discounts.

When we made our one night reservation they offered us the KidKamp™ Suite, complete with bunk beds and kids decor', of course it was $100 extra dollars, so we said no we'll just take the two double beds.  Well, when we arrived we received a complimentary upgrade to the Suite...God is so good! The girls enjoyed playing in their room almost as much as they enjoyed the waterpark.

Olivia was mesmerized by this gigantic Christmas tree!

When we left the lodge we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Cracker Barrel.
Olivia and her dad played a game of checkers.

Our last stop was the Billy Graham Library.
During December they are featuring a live manger scene.
Praise the Lord for the faithfulness and legacy of Billy Graham.

Olivia's Christmas ballet performance ~ "Christmas Shoes"

Nana sent the girls a gingerbread cookie kit...oh what fun!

Our sweet Christmas angel!

Olivia is so excited...she has a permanent tooth coming in...
now if that baby tooth will just move out of the way!

Lydia was helping me load the washing machine.
She couldn't quite reach the bottom of the basket...
when I turned around this is what I saw!
